This is our Phone Tree-To be used by anyone that needs information sent out in an emergency, or for other important reasons. Ex. Ritual Changes, Meeting Time or Room Changes.
There are four pages to this document, each has a main contact, when someone wants to get info out to active brothers then they call each of the four starting brothers and from there the rest will be called. I will explain more at this week's meeting.
